A high performance yet fun proof under pressure training style athletes can incorporate into their games.
Improving players balance and teaching athletes processes to ensure they have proper lift and form when shooting. Not all shots are equal, we develop the dozens of shots players will incur at all points of the game.
At higher levels athletes will have less opportunity to dribble in highly trafficked areas of the defense. We begin all training with expanding the athletes strides to ensure they attack rim faster and with less dribbles -- of course using proper decision-making.
Don't become a one-dimensional player. Integrate yourself into our training with multiple athletes where you will learn the proper decision and all the available options not only for that moment, but for the next reaction the defense will show you.
As an athlete you have strengths and weaknesses. Being an experienced FIBA player and coach, you will be given the training that needs to be implemented for the next milestone of your student-athlete career.
